God's Sword of Truth - The Word
"And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God." - JOHN 3:19-21
Time is so short! I say...wake up! Do not be in the Dark with Satan...wake up to the Light of Jesus Christ!Do not get caught up in this New Age...Do not get caught up in the Religions of Men, no matter how godly they appear. You must learn to discern these spirits...the ones that carry the titles of Reverend, Minister, Pastor, Father and Doctor. These are the theologians who argue, debate and discuss, professing to be brothers, but do not agree. Many denominational names, founded by men, registered by men with the government (for tax write-off), all of which are false teachers, leaders of heresy, and antichrist. They are now joining together under the name of love, not agreement, but love. How can light and darkness walk together?..."for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth." - John 12:35. How can the love of the world get you to heaven?..."Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him". - 1 John 2:15. These are heresies that are taking many souls from Christ...many deceivers...many professing faith by their works - "They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate." - Titus 1:16.
Many statements that I make to people shocks them, and yet they profess to know Jesus. The most simple of the following statements are: "If you truly knew Jesus, you would know me, for I am His disciple." I tell them "Heaven is my home...and I want to go there now, today." I always get the answer..."Why do you want to go there...how do you know you're going there?" I tell them: "I want to go there because that's my home...I'm on a journey, and ready to return to the Father, to the place He has prepared for me. The Word of God tells me I'm going, I believe it, and I would rather go there than stay here in a world that is damned, and the wrath of God soon to be poured out."
People, a Christian must produce the fruits of a Christian. He will be persecuted and hounded for living Christ, and hated because he preaches Jesus Christ to the heathen, the unsaved, and will not live their way. He won't join a church building, he's already in the body of Christ, he won't march, for he would rather be martyred for his faith, he will not fight for his faith, but he will die for it, and he will look with his heart only, not with his eyes, at the races of people in the world, and yet not see their color or shape of their eyes, he will not be involved in politics and the wars of men, he will be the peace maker and do it with love in attempting to reach all the many souls on earth while the harvest is still here. But soon there will be no more harvest. All through Scriptures we are told the elect will be removed, taken out - "Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." - 1 Thes.4:17. We are told that we will escape that great and terrible day (Tribulation). If you believe, endure, and stand fast, then by your faith you shall leave this world....you will disappear. The wrath of God was never intended for HIS people, but for a sinful world, an evil world. Nature and all the political goings on in the world today are the signs of the coming rapture. Everything is failing. Satan cannot keep it together and his time is running out. "..... for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience." - Ephes. 5:6.
My brothers and sisters in Jesus, many have asked -How can a man tell if he is a Christian....if he is really saved?These questions, by the Word of God, are very simple to answer and understand. Christianity is something that Christ did for us. By the love of God, the Son (God in the flesh) came and died for us, the sinner. He offered His life, ONCE for everyone. He paid the price for the sinner to be saved. He even told us the way of salvation in His Holy Word - "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made until salvation" - Romans 10:9-10. When you are sure of the Word in your heart, believe it and live Christ, then you'll want to know more about He Who died for you. When you read the Word of God which has been written by Him you will grow in the knowledge of His truth, but this can only be done through the Holy Spirit, not by reading the many books published by men which Satan has used to change, alter, add to and take away from the truth. You can do everything in the name of "religion", as the Jews did when Christ came. You can be a prophet, a scribe, a Pharisee, you can be a man of God, but you are a deceived soul and truly working your way to hell. The knowledge of Christ has to come from the Spirit, the Word of God, and this knowledge and understanding has to be departed to the heart and not the head. The choice is yours - "Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen." - 2 Peter 3:17-18.
In being a Christian, Faith is something that you must totally be involved with, in love with. You must have faith in what the Word of God is, and how do you know? Well, it produces the fruit of love and it produces the fruit of wanting to work for the Lord. It is something that you give of yourself freely from the heart to all others who wish to know...to those who the Spirit may guide you to reach. It is something given without charge...something given in freedom and love as God gave to us. How do you then really know that you are a Christian? Very simply....by the love in your heart for all mankind....not because of their fruits...not because of someone elses creed, or their color, their race, but because they are God's creation. "By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another." - John 13:35 and John 15:13 - "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." Jesus is the Creator....He is the Judge....He is the One we love. His love must come through us and be shown to those we come in contact with. "Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock." - Matt. 7:24-25. If you have founded your house on religions of men, on the world....it will fall and all will be lost. Faith and love in Jesus Christ is a daily walk....it's not something that you put and take off...it's not looking for your happiness first, but seeking and looking out for the welfare and good of others. It is not hating an enemy and killing him over political reasons...it is forgiving him and if necessary feeding him, and then, imparting to him the knowledge of the truth of Jesus Christ. My brothers and sisters, it's a very simple thing to walk in love and know that you are by the power of the Holy Spirit. There is that which is given to you in your heart that no man can give you which is the peace and the understanding that surpasses all of the worldly understandings. It's not in the attendance, it's not in the gathering....it's in living Christ everyday...it's keeping your eyes on Christ, carrying your cross daily and following Him. His ways are not hard, His way is the only way for peace and salvation of mankind. - "For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ." - 2 Cor.4:6.
When you begin with the 1st commandment of the Lord, - "...thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength." - Mark 12:30, then you will also apply the 2nd Commandment of the Lord,"....Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these." - Mark 12:31 and when these two commandments are carried out and lived by you, then you are truly are a Christian. You then will forgive all those who have ought against you. These are the fruits of a Christian, the faith of a Christian, the belief of a Christian in Jesus Christ, but without these you are nothing - your life is dead and there is no hope for you.
There are many out there who are sincerely trying to follow religious ways but have had discernment in their hearts about these religious ways and have not totally believed the religion's doctrines. These are discernments that the Holy Spirit sends to you, weigh them well, and above all, hang on to the good and throw out the bad. Today, most of them are bad. You must look at the fruits of the individual because you can not go by what they say they are, you must determine what they are by their fruits, and your heart will show you if they are truly of Christ. Many are professing Christianity and say that they believe in Christ, but they know Him not and shall be cast out. Look at their motives, look at their reasons, watch their lives and their fruits. "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." - James 3:17. They must truly have been born again, saved by grace through faith. - "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." - Ephes. 2:8,9
Many religious people have a zeal....they may even want to seek and serve the Lord, but lack the knowledge and truth of Jesus Christ in their life.They are being falsely converted into the religions of Satan, following their precarious ways, listening to their lies, but checking nothing out for themselves. They are on their way to hell and think they are going to heaven. The true way is to always look at the heart and the love of the individual, and of course reading the Word of God and following it and believing in it and trusting in it.
Would you know the difference between a religious Christian and a true Christian when you are witnessing to that person? Again, we are told in Scripture, the best and easiest way is that "By their fruits you will know them"...Now, the saved person and the religious person, they both desire the conversion of souls, the true saint, because it will glorify God...the deceived person, because he gains a reward...he'll be motivated by this just as he is in giving money, a tithe or keeping the law, and not from the heart. A true saint lives all and everything from the heart. They both desire to glorify the Lord, the true saint because he loves to see the Lord glorified....the deceived or false religious Christian, because he believes that is the way he'll be saved. The true convert has his heart set on the glory of God for the Lord's sake, the other finds it to be a benefit to himself. They both desire to repent - the true convert hates sin because it hurts and dishonors God, therefore he desires to repent of his sin - the false convert desires to repent because he knows that unless he does he will be damned. They both want to obey the Lord...the true Christian obeys so that he may increase in holiness - the false Christian obeys because he wants the reward for obedience. There are so many ways, as we are told, by their fruits you shall know them. They both love the Lord, one because he sees the Lord's character to be beautiful and lovely in itself. He loves Him for His sake...the other, because he thinks God is his special friend who is going to make him happy forever. He connects the idea of God with his own selfish interest. The true Christian loves Christ and loves the Word of God and loves the life that he lives for Him. In the other case, the religious person goes to church because it's more or less a commandment, as they believe under the law....or, that they need the fellowship for their source of faith and salvation. The one that said "I got saved in church last Sunday, I can hardly wait to go back next Sunday for that feeling." Was that person truly saved? NO! Faith and salvation is not a feeling. Did they get saved in the church? I don't think so. When you get saved....when Christ comes in and the Spirit enters, They don't leave you and come back next Sunday...it's an ongoing love...it's an ongoing belief and as you succeed in your knowledge of truth it will grow and then it can be used by the Spirit to produce fruit needed to witness and to reach others. So there is a lot of difference between those who are serving the world through religion and those who are serving Christ through faith....you must keep these things in mind,....know the difference, for many are being deceived by religious ways. "This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all." - 1 John 1:5.
True Christians hate the sin of the world and the sin in himself. He constantly strives to overcome this obstacle which he knows is an enemy of God. The church go'er hates the sin because it would put him in hell and he would be punished for it. This is a wrong attitude. We confess our sins because it offends the Lord, not because we'll be punished for it. We must first seek the Kingdom of God in love and walk in love, and then the fruits which will be produced are those of Christ which is the forgiveness you must give to all those who have ought against you. You will never reach the kingdom if you have not forgiven all and your heart hardened toward any. If only you could love your enemy and see with your heart what Christianity truly is, and not what the religious heretics and the religious hypocrites tell you it is, you would find the truth in the Word.. Follow none but the Spirit, through the Word, and then you will have found salvation in Christ. Don't turn from it, bend not away from it, seek not to please men, seek not the rewards, seek not the glory of men, the high positions nor the titles....but seek the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ first. Seek that place where He is, then you will say as I say, "I wish I could go to heaven today, but as the Lord so desires and when He calls me shall I go". Then you will certainly understand one who says, "If you know Jesus, you will know me."
While there is time, read the Word of the Lord, the Bible. We know that the Word is inerrant and everlasting, therefore we need to believe every word written. There are many subjects that I will try to follow-up on in later writings, especially that on the religions which Satan has produced in order to deceive people. The seeds he has sewn are many. There are many false teachers and angels of light, full of dead man's bones, who teach not the way of truth but the way to hell...and when they are in heaven and have on the wrong wedding garment....and Jesus comes and says.."....Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; ...For many are called, but few are chosen." - Matt. 22:12-14. They will be cast out....and when they say, "Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?" and then will He say to them - "...I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." - Matt. 7:22-23.
There is not one religion in America that is on the right path, not one. If you stop and think about it, America alone was supposedly founded on the principles of the Bible and faith in God, when in fact it has been built upon the prophecies of Babylon, the prophecies of Satan, the politicians of the world and the money of the world. Isn't it interesting, if you were to look back at the civil war where the North and the South got together and fought over political reasons, and one of them being the civil rights of the dark skin man, when by the Lord's Word he was set free in Christ to begin with and had freedom in the world. It's interesting, that the denominations, the Catholics, Protestants, Baptists, Lutherans and Methodists, all of them, from the North and South picked up swords and fought against each other, is this Christianity? Can a man fight for a government that wars over the rights and freedom that God gave to all men? Can a country be blessed of the Lord when they lead in abortion, when they lead in homosexuality? When they lead in warmongering? When they lead in weapons producing? I think not! The judgment of God is surely going to be poured out against such a nation with such high crime rates, killing of babies, murdering of women and children, fighting, suing, debating, arguing, cheating. Everything that the Lord told us about is now here....nature running amuck, the animal world being totally wiped from the face of the earth...the disease, AIDS, being made a social disease rather than the sinful disease that it is. No man will find a cure for it, and if left unchecked, and if Jesus would not return, all would die from it. But that's not the way the Lord will do it. He will come back in time. He will come back with His saints. He will rule the world and truly show man how he should have lived. I look for that day, I yearn for that day. I pray for the day when Christ returns, for then there will be peace, not war.
For those who seem to believe, yet have no faith...their religion is in vain. "If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain." -James 1:26. For those who say they know Christ and live Him not...they lie. To be not loving and forgiving they cannot be loved of the Lord or forgiven. Each man will stand before the Judge...each man shall give an account...each man is a steward...Are you one who has witnessed of the Lord before men? Are you one who has given an account? Are you one who has picked up the sword of truth and are living it?.....What have you done? Is there enough evidence to convict you of Christianity. Do the people know who you are where you live and where you work? My neighbors, remember, there is NO revival in these last days...if anything, there is a great falling away occurring - "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;" - 2 Thes. 2:3. And the more the religions of men come together, the closer they are to damnation.
And I say to you now, think strongly on these things.....read the Word of God....check out everything you hear or read from anyone, including myself....make your choice before it's too late. Come to the knowledge of truth by Christ, through the Holy Spirit. May you be blessed and serve the Lord as I do, in Jesus name.
